Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window

  • Customers may return items within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Exchange Window

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product.

3. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must remain intact.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, or damaged products caused by misuse are not eligible for return.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error comes from our side (wrong item, defective product).
